Im sorry about my lack of commentating but I have been very busy. I hope it will be better soon. This picture was taken this weekend nearby my home. It looks like the River weaving a water rug :) Taken with my Pentax K10D and my Tamron 28-300 lens. Taken on 1/10sec and handhold. I really love this camera :D Thanks for looking and comments always appreciated.

I love that analogy that you made between what we see in this fabulous image and a weaving loom. It really does give that semblance. So wonderfully captured, Mariana. I guess you like the Pentax even better than the Canon.

What a great scene and title. River rugs are the best.

A lovely piece. I think I would have kept the far wall piece out, but just my thought. I too like the analogy of the loom, it is a good one.

This is an extraordinary picture...almost abstract art! Thanks so much for including the technical information on the shot parameters. I'm trying to learn how to use my new dSLR and so this sort of thing is very helpful.

What an incredible shot, and a very appropriate title too! It does like nature is weaving the water, how beautiful!
