Sun sets on the lake and all is calm. Not quite true, you will see in the top right corner lots of little dark spots, bloody midgees come out at dusk and have messed up more than one photo of mine. If they'd had a simple background I'd have tried to clone them out but with the clouds there any cloning by my hand would be too obvious. I like everything else about this one.

Oh, I agree. What a serene place to be. Inspiring composition, the mountain, grasses, lake. Was going to ask what a bloody midge is, but I think I figured it out now!

Thought at first sight that it were high flying birds instead of tiny flying insects Mikel. You have to accept this, as it's a part of nature. To me they aren't 'poisening' this fine image.
