Kiandra Goldfields Cemetery, Snowy Mountains, NSW, Australia. One of the few graves still marked is this tiny one. I've left this as natural as possible. I did some work to help the actual gravesite stand out from the rest of the image, so the eye would fall on it naturally. In the large size I think I pulled it off. Tell me what you think.

Enjoy.

Mikel.

PS, can't imagine too many folks will want this image on their desktop but I felt some empathy for the family of this little lost one when I first saw this grave and wanted to express some respect for that loss.

The sky is a little too blue Mikel!...seems to distract the eye from the grave!..

"Snowy Mountains"?....do you get 'Snow' then?.

I like the image...I tried cropping it so the lower part was prominent...looks good too!..

Fine work again pal....fine work!...

Watching the state of this grave, suppose that there's not much family left Mikel. Like this shot in all its simplicity. Well done.

I think it tells a great story, and although perhaps not as a desktop, but as something to move us. I know this site is for "desktop wallpapers", however it's nice to see something with a little "reflective depth". Good one!

I feel you have succeed both in highlighting the grave and expressing the isolated open landscape. Lovely yet dramatic imagery.
