Actually I think the title says it all. This is either a trachea or an esophagus or both. I don't think that the ulcerated hole is supposed to be there, but I like that you used toxic waste from the local nuclear power plant for the lighting. I'm curious how you managed to get your model to swallow the plutonium. Luckily a few liters of Golytely should take care of that.
