It's worryingly difficult to tell the difference, but a rather nice terragen.

It gives itself away as a creative creation, but not reality, by it's smooth slopes into the water. Especially the lower left corner. You made a few features near the waterline, but not enough. Very nice work however.
P.S. I admit to having absolutely no knowledge of Terragen, or other similar programs, so I don't know if my comment is useful, but I hope it is.

No, it isn't photo manipulation. It's a Terragen render, as far as Terragen is 3D application for exterrior scenery rendering... I recommend it!

I use terragen and once you get use to how it works, it's an awesomely powerful program, that can throw out some amazing renders, I'll post some of mine up for you to see
