Taken on a recent outting for fall colors. Very little rain this year made for drab colors,so I tried something different. I liked the clarity of this and shadow beneath the leaf. Comments and critques welcome.

Interesting composition. I think the serrated leaf edges and the similarly styled edging of the border put a bit too many angles in the image. The leaf veins are nicely lighted and add an agreeably strong rhythm to the photo.
