This is so lovely, I'm like you in that I love a good sky and that certainly fills the bill here. I might have tried some selective noise reduction, but then perhaps it might have taken away from the natural beauty of this one. The road lead into is very well done as is the foreground colors and adds depth to this one. Pat, thank you for sharing this one with us. Of course I had to chuckle at Tick's comment.

It does, indeed, Pat. I like the perspective very much too with all layers receding to the background.

Sweet one, Momma Claudine... it's Monet's colors and simplicity. And that's a great sky.

Monet is my favorite artist, in fact he is my role model when it comes to my own paintings. So anything similar to his is of course something I would enjoy.Yes, this is a painting he might want to have done. You did a wonderful job on this Pat. I like the depth of it. Between the sky and the pathway, my eye is led right into the "never never land" of where the road goes. Nicely done. Verena

A Fine Oil Painting Indeed Pat.
I like how the dark sky line is parallel with the greenery which sets off the blue sky contrast in the center.

Excellent Left to Right Visual....Well Done!

The risk of showing off my red neckness....I am not as familiar with Monet as I would like to be, But if it is anything like this, it has got to be stunning. Beautiful piece of art.
