Anybody know who Roger Ewing is or was? Well, this is him now. He is very much alive and attended the Gunsmoke banquet. He played Thad, one of Matt's deputy's. He was almost as tall as Matt. Google Roger Ewing and I'll think you'll recognize him-a very kind and gentle person just like the character he portrayed in Gunsmoke. He is now 72.

Momma, in spite of your image and narrative I didn't recognize Roger Ewing at once. So I've check-out this wiki page too, and that was helpful to give my brain a kind of revival.
This 'youngster' of 72 is still looking good. Nice for you that you've met him 'in person' Pat. Nice capture and probably a nice memory for you as well.
