This is beautiful. I love the mood the b&w lend to this shot. And the sky is amazing. Great job on this.

Let me say I found this photo very interesting to look at!. I really enjoy the B/W touch. The contrast is perfect. The way the stone arch bridge stands out is a work of art. And the deep cloud cover over head adds all the drama needed to make this a outstanding photo. Well done and thanks for shaing this one with us---tim

The sky looks so unrealistically fantastic! The B&W really adds to the picture. As the one before me said it is a work of art! Great job.

Lots of drama in the sky Paul and the black and white makes the mood even more dramatic. It has perfect clarity and contrast and the composition is outstanding. Excellent post and a job well done. Thanks for sharing this one.

The black and white effect really sets this off and enhances the somber effect of the turbulent sky. Very nice!

There a Photos of Bridges, and there Photos of Skies- by the dozen! But this one is something Else again! Calmness of River so nicely separated by solidity of this magnificent Bridge from the turbulence in the Sky! B/W only adds to this effect!

Have to admit, when I saw it I thought it was a 3-d generated picture of some kind; it just seemed so surreal and perfect. Not sure what it looked like in color but in black and white it is stunning. You must have been so pleased that the sky was giving its best that day when you took the shot. Really breathtaking. I wonder if you walked across it too..? take care, Quiet

Wow! What a great idea to convert this to b/w. It brings out so many textures and creates such a mood! I really like this a lot - especially that amazing sky!

Love this done in B&W... that sky is an absolute treat ! Brooding & dramatic ... gorgeous ! Me personally, I wish the bridge wasn't there to detract from that sky, but that's me hon. An outstanding capture.
