I might be nuts but I really like this shot. Very simple but quite interesting. Like the choice of plate and coloring you've added.

When I saw it in the voting booth I yelled, "Tomatillos." Now, I don't know if they really are or not because I've only seen the green ones, but you've made me very hungry for Pasole !!!

Great fall colors. Are those Japanese lanterns? I never would have thought to snap a scene like this with a wide angle lens. Must be a big plate, huh? lol

You will be led to the knowledge of the internal things which are invisible to you, by the external things which you see before you. . . . Even so then, we can represent to ourselves in thought the Author of all that is, by contemplating and admiring the (visible) things which He has made, and ever brings into being. - Hermes

Very nice still life. That 40D is taking some great photos. Did you use the Live Viewer to compose this one? Great job.

Hi Paul....I had not seen this shot before, but it is truly lovely. I love the colours of those Japanese Lanterns. I used to have some, but now can't seem to find any seed for them around here. They are so lovely, thank you dear. Verena
