'Op de blanke top der duinen, ....' Schitterende foto Paul. Kan mij zeer bekoren, maar dat zal je niet verbazen. Groet, Cornelius

I think it is quite lovely with the warm sunshine coming from the left, falling on the pale golden grass and creating nice shadows. All the textures are really fine and the sea seems quite a distance off. 'Schitterende foto Paul'! I borrowed that sentence. lol

You will be led to the knowledge of the internal things which are invisible to you, by the external things which you see before you. . . . Even so then, we can represent to ourselves in thought the Author of all that is, by contemplating and admiring the (visible) things which He has made, and ever brings into being. - Hermes

A nice view but it has an optical illusion on the left that makes the lower valley blend into the hilltop making it appear to be miniture in size. Well done.

Anything that excites me for any reason, I will photograph; not searching for unusual subject matter, but making the commonplace unusual. Edward Weston

I guess I never thought about sand dunes in your country before, but I guess it makes sense. Lovely picture of them, and you've made this so realistic!!

"I never looked for it, gave it no name; yet I knew it always, when the gift of peace came. I stood quite still for the moment that it lasted...Then the light shifted slightly and the moment passed, leaving me...with the lasting echo of its presence.." Diana Gabaldon
