Actually, no, I don't recognize the museum, but the angle is great. The pattern of the sequin glass, and it's light cast on the building below look very surreal, especially with the totem pole next to it.

Quite the bizarre post, and I like it!

Again I haven't a clue what you've done, your too clever for us. Splendid photo Paul the architecture is stunning, & the coloured lighting so refreshing, it doesn't deserve the low C-index.
