There is a fear of spiders in Western Culture, but there is also that image from American Native Peoples of Grandmother spider....She builds that web by which we are all connected....

This is quite interesting, it must be difficult to capture the spider web, the light does not always accommodate the photographer ... very earthy scene, perfect composition.
