My thanks to all who leave comments for my work and to those of you who like one enough to make it a favourite. To touch just one person that way makes each image worthwhile. . . . . . . . . .. . . . "The question is not what you look at, but what you see" ~ Marcel Proust
You did a great job reworking this, because the lighting looks really nice now. I love the sunshine and shadows, and the view across the lake. Excellent, Raj.
Extra cool shot! I may have mentioned this to you before, but Hamburg is on my list of places to visit. I'll need a place to stay and some extra cash but I'm a great conversationalist.
Do I detect some cloning in the water immediately to the left of the tree trunk? I didn't see the original, but I'll assume that there was a bloated corpse that you delicately removed.
You will find that I have two major character traits. Firstly, I have very strong opinions. Secondly, I don't have a clue what I'm doing. A dangerous and obnoxious combination to be sure. I'm not as thrilled as Jimbob with the lighting. From the cloudless sky, I can tell it was a bright day, but the light contrasts seem excessive. I probably would have hit the negative contrast button a time or two and tried to isolate the sky and get rid of the nearly white. However, Upon closer examination it already looks like you've tried to alter the sky in the upper left near the tree; so never mind.
