This is the view just around the corner from where I live. This photo was taken on last Sunday. I could have posted an impressive view of Hamburg city but I prefer this suburban view.
My entry for the contest which has so few entries!

You have many pictures of Hamburg, and I know you must have more of the city, but I really like this shot for the contest. The light and shadows are attractive, as is the curve in the street, and the sidewalk. Good luck in the contest, Raj.

People are like cameras--sometimes they lose focus.
This does have that suburban air about and a lovely curve to lead the eyes through the shot. This contest does not seem to be attracting very many entries but there is still 3 days.

I'm glad you decided to post this one, it shows us a beautiful and quaint street with those wonderful thatched roofs. Now are those lighting rods on top of the building on the right or are they stabilizers the roofing. Fabulous entry and Good Luck

I have spent some time in Germany and this is the type of scene I think of as typically German. Excellent entry.

The old house in shot seems to be for sale, I wonder why. Some details are too fuzzy for my eyesight Raj but this looks like a nice neighborhood.
