I forget the type but I almost had one of these crash into a T33. I cleared him to land on the helipad but the fool landed on the active runway instead just as a T33 was landing. I told him to liftoff immediately and just as soon as he lifted off the T33 scooted under him. Good capture. Thanks for the memory.

With two 4000 hp engines, this helicopter is designed for heavy lifting.

Air Crane was close (actually a Sky Crane) .. but who's the manufacturer and what's the model?

Popular in the forest industry and for erecting electrical towers.

I remember seeing footage of a couple of these helicopters in use to mount the antennas on the top of the CN Tower in Toronto Ontario (worlds tallest freestanding structure) @ 1815 ft.

great pic! reminds me of when my parents took my brother and i to some air shows. i get that the bigger one is an air crane, but whats the little guy's story? some one can fit in there?
