The tiny native wildflower blossoms grow at the end of long thin curved stalks which jiggle back and forth with breezes that are too small to detect. They grow in shaded areas of the forest that are frequented by mosquitoes that really like motionless photographers.
That was pretty much all I could utter when I opened this one full, the thumbnail not quite doing it for me. The still calm of the scene, subtle lighting, amazing depth of field, simplicity of subject and content, the slight diagonal of the eye-catching elements in the composition, all combine to make this one of the most zen-like and soothing wallpaper images I think I've seen on Caedes since joining in April of 2010. (If I could I'd fave it at least three times.) It's almost like watching a glider soaring in the night sky.
Freakin' awesome, dude! Good to see you're still here.
