This one is just a wallpaper I put together using my previous fractal 'Fae'. I'm in two minds as to whether I've achieved what I wanted but here it is. Needs to be seen at full size and depending on your monitor you might need to move around a bit to make out the foliage of the 'forest' at night. ;)

I rarely comment on fractal images, but this one caught my eye. They look like bugs drawn to a porch light to me. Frantic and glowing. I really like it!

I had to increase by brilliance quite a bit to see the foliage. Very nice indeed - the way the glowing insects fly around in the dark area in the centre.

Well... when I saw this in VB, I thought of fireflies... they're sort of like faes. ;-)))

Very pretty composition. It adds a nice bit of depth to the image while still focusing clearly on the flitting fractals.

And _of_course_ they are fairies. This is fractal land, after all. I'm not saying I might not have gone with fireflies without the title, though!

I am honoured to be listed as a friend or to see an image of mine as a favourite, but I keep lists of neither. This helps me appreciate images uploaded by strangers as well as friends. Please understand that a failure to reciprocate in kind indicates a lack of appreciation for neither gesture nor work.

I can see the foliage and I think it's the perfect touch for these dancing faeries!!!! Lovely work on this one.
