Nice, calming scene, and I'm beginning to scour my backload of pics from sunnier days too. I knew there was a reason for all that flurry of activity before the sun decided it was time to head south for the winter..such a snowbird..lol..
"I never looked for it, gave it no name; yet I knew it always, when the gift of peace came. I stood quite still for the moment that it lasted...Then the light shifted slightly and the moment passed, leaving me...with the lasting echo of its presence.." Diana Gabaldon
Our Scandinavian friends have snow and our down under friends have summer and we have....? I guess we just take some indoor shots. lol Thanks for bringing back the sunshine, Bonnie. :)
You will be led to the knowledge of the internal things which are invisible to you, by the external things which you see before you. . . . Even so then, we can represent to ourselves in thought the Author of all that is, by contemplating and admiring the (visible) things which He has made, and ever brings into being.

*You will have noticed that I haven't been commenting as much on your fine images!..This is because of the pains in my hands!..the constant use of the keyboard, makes this difficult..so, my dear friends..I can only apologise to you all in advance!*

Nice warm landscape, it looks like a park. Like the rolling grassy hill, that's what stood out in the image for me. That and the warm sunshine look..

Yes it is a local park..one of the biggest.
This looks lovely and warm..to cheer us up...but it's this Autumn and it was a bit chilly later on.

Shame you've not had sun - we've been very lucky down here. Now I'm touching wood. This is a nice reminder of what it's like though, and I love that tree at the back. What is it - a cedar or something? I'm a sucker for those.
