From the archive: A couple of sunsets tonight. This one was taken in July in northern Minnesota. The waves are from a fishing boat coming in off the lake.

Steve, excellent composition. I like the shadows, the colors, and the view of the waves coming in to the unseen beach.

Hello Steve...Brilliant...The warm evening light has created a beautiful scene for you to capture which you have done superbly...The colour, reflections, silhouettes and those ripples lapping the bank of the lake all go together to make a picture which is a pleasure to view...You have to go to the top of the class with this one....Well done....All the very best to you Steve......................Mick.

Yes, its no mistake, I faved this twice and would fave it all day long if I could! The ripples coming in really make this sunset as well as the perfect silhouette of the trees in the foreground. One of the best sunset pictures I have seen!

Exeptional sunset photo. Great composition with very nice lines of clouds and waves. As usual great colors.

Steve - Beautiful work. While the lighting is superb, I particularly like the subtle balance of the clouds and ripples of water. Thad
