Someone left these two in our local cemetery. Everytime you drive in there, out they come to greet you. First it was just the rooster and all of a sudden the hen showed up. It was someones joke, but it turned out to be quite a sight for the locals here. Hope you'll take a look see.

Brewster Rooster and Henny Penny, I presume. Pretty nice find in a cemetery. Nice lighting and colors in this shot, Carol.

What a sight and especially in a cemetary. Maybe they escaped from a place nearby. The shot of them is really neat and the rooster's feathers are so shiny. That's a pretty cute looking chicken too. They don't look like they are at a loss for grub. Someone must feed them.

Your explanation reminds me of a certain fools hen in Glacier, or a crow in Yellowstone. I guess they are looking for handouts. Another of your excellent captures, Carol. You seem to come up with such imaginative subjects.

Such a funny capture of these 2 strutting their stuff to greet you. Instead of the Wal-mart greeter it's the cemetry greeters.

Fun find! I found several at the bayou piers one day. I was thinking... not what I was expecting. Now if you were in Louisiana some may say voodoo. : )

I just got this in the VB and had to stop by and see who took this great shot and where it came from. I love the story that go with your photo. They look like quite the pair. I love the colors and I think it's funny that they are walking on the sidewalk! A great capture by you. :D

oh, wow, what a pair! And such expressions on their faces and by their bodies, too! Do you know where the hen came from? It looks fancy enough to be of obnoxiously high breeding. So fluffy...
