Had fun putting this together for my desktop screen yesterday. All from little notes one of my grandsons gave me through the years. I know it won't mean much to others but I thought I'd share it anyway.

Carol, sorry that I can't agree with the above quote from you, 😁 Someone who's in a similar situation to yours, knows very well what these little notes mean to a (grand)parent. I also have similar contacts with my (grand)children. They are cherished by me, just as they are by you, and my (grand)children know it. Thank you for your sympathetic post. In any case, for me it's a celebration of recognition.
If you think you can't accept something, try to change it. But if this doesn't work, don't be frustrated, but give it later another try. The one who perseveres wins!

While we may not know the full extent of just how much this really means to you, I for one feel strongly, the sentiment and love found in these notes, Carol!! These are truly priceless and can relate to them. Thanks for sharing this with us and I now have a broad smile on my morning face :):):)
My thanks to all who leave comments for my work and to those of you who like one enough to make it a favourite. To touch just one person that way makes each image worthwhile. . . . . . . . . .. . . . "The question is not what you look at, but what you see" ~ Marcel Proust
