This is very interesting tree, but I thinks it's sick, there is something like a lump on the branch. Maybe because of that I like it very much.

You are right, Tedi, it's very interesting tree, but I agree with you, something is wrong with it. Anyway, it's beautiful. And you made magnificent shot.

Looking at the leaves I would say that the tree is healthy. I hope that bulge is not some nest. Nice capture Tedi.

A very pretty shot Tedi! Actually, "burls" on trees can be caused by disease. The burls or knots are valued objects to woodworkers, artists and many others because the wood grain inside of them is so unique. A great find my friend!
