I think the flag is too much in the sky.
If one could see a bit of soil it would look better.
My opinion.

I would like to see the flag lighted better. But the clouds are really nice. Colors and contrasts are great.

The subject and object is the flag. And you should make it clearly VISIBLE and in the best way that you can.

The clouds are excellent for this, nicely done. If you get the chance to do this shot again, it could be made stunning with a circular polarizer lens add-on (to deepen the sky's blues), and having a flash set with a snoot (a straight rectangular box placed like a barrel over the flash, so that it focuses all the light in one direction only), and aimed right on the flag would light it up so it matches the exposure of the sky. I approve strongly of not having any ground in this shot, having the flag backdropped by sky works very well in this shot. :) Very well done with keeping the image off-center as well, it adds depth and interest to the shot. I love the original American Spirit, and it has been a while since I last remember anyone putting up a patriotic flag here. :) Have a great day!
