I caught this bird wading at Twycross zoo the other week but do not know what it is called, and didnt see an information board about it too. So if any of you out there have an idea, it would be nice to know!
I have no Idea Ann. Never seen one of these Before. I'd say ask Tick maybe he knows, but he's sort of in a Bird Bind right now. Looks like some type of Duck, (Oh, Oh, Sorry Tick) or Goose.
Beautiful Color and Sharp Detail on this Unknown. The branches Frame it Nicely. Good Post.
For the invisible things of Him from the creation of the world are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, His eternal power and Godhead;... Rom 1:20
Q. Ann, you have a winner with this one. Fantastic clarity and detail in the Wader. I love how you framed it inside of branches. The colors are so unusal, too.
Looks like Jungle George might have struck here, as this reminds me of a cross between a goose and a zebra. Sorry I can't help you out here, but I am certainly enjoying the image.
We don’t make art to show someone what something looks like. All this requires is eyes (or a lens). Art is supposed to have meaning, emotion, power, or magic. Alan & Mario "FourThirds"
