I spotted a few people parasurfing and took a photo of this one.The water is bone chilling cold this time of year but they brave the elements go for it.

I could do that....but with my long tail it's like trolling for sharks........not a good idea bein' a lion. :) Fine capture Tom. A little rum and a good wetsuit probably helps with the chill factor. :) lol

I've tried to take photos of the parasurfers here at the Pacific, but they just didn't show well enough. Seems the wind took 'em fast! But I like this shot of yours because I love all the water action!! The wetsuits are really good at keeping the cold out. So he's probably fine. Awesome photo! Verena

Fantastic timing and focus. Wonderful clear details on the surfer and waves. It does seem too cold! But looks exhilarating if you have the nerve to go for it.
