Plymouth's history extends well beyond the original plantation, as evidenced by your fine photo showing several later-period Federal houses. After 1692, Plymouth was no longer its own colony, having merged with the Massachusetts Bay Colony; these houses were built long after the merger. Excellent use of foreground to lead the eye to the houses atop the hill. Beautiful clarity, color and lighting.
Oh I do so love the history and buildings out east - these are beautiful examples Tom - my father was from Philadelphia so American history was kind of a thing in our family.
Smile, without a reason why. Love, as if you were a child, Smile, no matter what they tell you Don't listen to a word they say Cause life is beautiful that way. (From the film "Life Is Beautiful")
Thanks for another fine addition to this series Tom. The composition and clarity are very good. A 'thanks' goes to Thad as well for his informative additional comment.
