Tom, the pink lobster pot buoy brings the size of the crashing surf in the proper perspective. Your very good picture gives an indication of the power of the sea as well.
If you think you can't accept something, try to change it. But if this doesn't work, don't be frustrated, but give it later another try. The one who perseveres wins!

I did not get back in time Carol and caught a wave ankle deep. A couple of ladies were calling to me from the hill to say hello. The first thing I noticed when I turned around was a giant Newfoundland dog , not on a leash. When I went back up the bluff to return to the car I noticed a section of the sand fence was missing. I walked through it for some ten feet and took the rolling waves photo and stepped in some freshly minted Newfoundland manure. Back down the hill for another ankle deep dip in the freezing cold surf. That is what one gets for breaking the rules I guess.
