Taken in town today -- white flowers (cosmos?) in tubs on the high street. I saw them a few days ago and brought the camera especially, though normally I'm not much of a high street photographer. Let's live dangerously for a change? :-P

Canon 350D, Canon zoom lens EF-S 55-250 IS.
Adjustments made in Photoshop CS5.

You're right, Sandra because it's the white version of the Cosmos Bipinnatus. Its common name is 'Mexican Aster'.

Wonderful Foofy Friday image! Thanks for the done effort in order to provide us with this beauty!

Thanks, C, especially for identifying the type of flowers! Much appreciated. It's weird to think of Mexican asters all the way here on the side of a Scottish road. :-)
