You got a good photo under tricky lighting conditions. However, it does have a slight lean to the left, which could easily be fixed by rotation.

I think it's just Washington D.C. It naturally leans to the left or right. Never centered. Good photo and thanks for the sneak preview. Like how it reminds us of how our Capitol is the foundation of our country. Good post.

I like the illumination of the capital! But there are distracting elements in the foreground. But its pretty impressive how you could get so close to the Capital, (either that or a nice zoom lens)
