The Acheron River in northwest Greece. This was the Homeric site of Odysseus's visit to Hades. Interesting to visit so many parts of Greece that were part of Greek Mythology. Always like comments and advice.

By any chance, did a chap named Charon guide you across the river? This famous river was often found in the works of both the Greek and the Roman poets. Would love to see it myself some day.
