Since I mentioned our dog, Jude, previously, I thought maybe I should send this along. She was left in the olive field next to our home and she is with us now for about 12 years. Jude is a very happy and loving dog, we were meant for each other, surely. Thanks for your comments.

Vicki, I was told that the age of a dog has to be multiplied by seven to compare it with the age of a human person. When I judge this 'portrait' properly, The 'old' Jude is still in an optimal condition!
I agree with your narrative about a very happy and loving dog. If a dog is 'educated' well, it's someone's best and true friend!

She is a real beauty, Vicki! Reminds me of my childhood companion, Blacky, a labrador boxer mix. My dog took on the features of a lab and had the overgrown size and ears of a boxer. He was my close friend for years. I'm glad you have the joy of a nice pet.
