There are several hundred egrets in the rookery and just when I think I have photographed too much, I find a beautiful pair like this. Bear with me.

Ah, amazing for me to see them this way. Thank you for sharing them. I've seen more the past week, but no rookery or nest yet. Such a lovely glimpse of the Egret family.

Can't help but think of Dr. Seuss when I see those Blue Eggs. Except his was Green Eggs and Ham. LOL.

You post all the Egrets you can find in the rookery Colleen. They are so beautiful. I really like the word rookery as well. It sounds like a baseball term. lol
