....This one took over a week to render... the newer version of Vue Espirit, while including some great features, requires LOTS of render time. Hope you like. Thanks for looking.
I usually do not care for computer generated images but this is fantastic.
I love the color-the depth the reflections in the water-well just everything about it I guess!
Wow Wen.,over a week to render? Whew...well, it was worth it. I love how you captured the sunset tones in the general color...the detail is great, good reflections. Very realistic. The only thing that caught my eye was the 'reflection' I suppose I would call it of the sunset in the sky..the inverted line looks a wee bit unrealistic compared to the rest of the image.(that is the line that is right above the fisherman's hat) I will comeback in a few days and review this creation as it is in my favorites as well.
Many thanks for sharing it with me Wen :=)
Thanks folks! The details of this image took lots of time to develop. In fact, I got frustrated and put it away for a few days and then came back to it. I'm glad to see that you guys seem satisfied with the final product! Wen
For the invisible things of Him from the creation of the world are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, His eternal power and Godhead;... Rom 1:20
Looks awsome every time I see one of your new works they get better and better. I love the feeling the fisherman gives to the scene. May I suggest you add maybe a small driftwood log and a mode muddy material near the shore.
This one took over a week to render... ??????
Maybe you should make a movie? Or would it say -THE END- in three seconds?
Anyway, you deliver some amazing and imaginative creations lady.
I like your fantasy world!

An outstanding creation, Wendy! I absolutely love the color tones and the attention to detail! Very realistic looking, other than what was mentioned by Mimi, as to the inverted line in the sky above the fisherman's hat. I also love the addition of the cattails and reflections! I can't imagine waiting for such a long render, but I assure you, it was well worth it!
This scene brings to mind a small glass wall-hanging that I have packed away, of a young Indian Squaw in a canoe, adrift a river, and surrounded by trees and cattails. I will have to dig it out one of these days. I can only hope that by my mention of it, provides.... food for thought? :)
