A gift from Nature. The unusual snow falls and ice melts have created many amazing photo opportunities along the Tioga Pass.

Everything about this is perfect, technically 10/10 and a very beautifull scene. Great photography. The only change I would do is to crop a bit more from the bottom and top to exagerate the panarama. Very nice!

I love this area and the long, winding road through the countryside. Tenaya Lake is beautiful all year round too. There's another lovely alpine lake just due north of Tenaya called May Lake. It's a fair drive to the parking area and then a several hour hike up the switchbacks to reach it, but well worth the effort. There are some great views of Half Dome in the distance as you make your way up the mountainside. Highly recommended.
