I know, I know... So I was in a chopper over the Canyon and wearing sunglasses. The colors and textures were outstanding. When I removed my sunglasses to take pics, it did not seem as impressive. So, I placed my sunglass lens over the Camera lens and this was the result. At the time, I called it my prize photo...LOL...I still marvel at it.

Neat copper colored clouds..the canyon is so large and majestic the colorado river looks like a tiny stream I like the way you caught the bends in the river as it snakes it's way through the canyon. thanks for sharing the beautiful natural wonders of our country Vanda!

Amazing shot. The sunglasses do appear to enhance things. Nice!

I like this photo from above the Grand Canyon Vanda. There is some noise in the sky but it is probably from the helicopter. :)
Good idea to use your shades for a filter.

Cameras are like people--sometimes they lose focus.

Smart to use your sunglasses as a filter and a great result too.

Great details and lighting :o)

It does have a different look to it. I am not quite sure if I like it or not, but that might be that I am to conventional :-)
or perhaps envious. I never have traveled here on a chopper waring sunglasses...lol.
