well it has been a long long long time since my last upload..i have been busy adjusting to the college life...so i apologize that i havent been able to get around to all of your new images and such... but here is a picture i took this summer..enjoy!

First let me say you have a FANTASTIC gallery (especially the fireworks and insects), so I added you as a friend just to see your new posts. Second, I think this one is so-so only because I don't really like how you've set up the DOF. I think I'd rather focus on the closer flowers, and have a generous DOF so I can follow the branch in focus for a while. Your way is just fine though!

I love this plant for it's gray branches and little purple flowers. The bees love it too. I like your shot. It is a difficult plant to photograph as a macro. You must tell us where you are going to college. lol
