Took this one about a month ago~I'm sure the grapes are ripe now. This vine and grape arbor are at my aunt's house(fromerly my grandparents home) It is an old vine~approx 75 years old~that still produces many grapes. My memories are of popping the grapes in my mouth and helping to pick them for wine. My grandpap made wine right in his house~red wine that was used for every medicinal and recreational purpose! Loved to watch him work(although the wine making process sometimes didn't smell very good) There is no wine made from these anymore~he was the last one to do it. Miss those days and that man very much!

"Memories" is right, Ami! I had forgotten but my father grew grapevines by the side of our garage, next to our neighbor's fence. I used to go in there and "hide", looking up at the vines and the growing grapes. What a beautiful picture you have here!

Its strange the way images, or something someone says, a record on the radio or a smell of something takes one's memory back in time. Like Billy says, they are priceless. Lovely image and I will also raise a glass to "Memories"!
