A spot-on creation. I really like your choices in color and textures. They have a very harmonious feel, along with the spiral pattern of the leaves. High marks.

Lovely combination of colours and textures. It reminds me of the rubbings you're taught to do as a kid - rubbings of leaves in colourful crayons, perhaps.
Oh, I know I'm late to comment on this, but it's so beautiful and you did such a wonderful job, I just had to drop a comment and tell you that I'm still adding to my 2006 holiday file, and I'm SOOO glad I caught this of yours..it's absolutely divine and captures so much of the richness of the colors of the holiday..thanks... Gotta love those textures and rich colors, for sure, Anna! I especially like the litte frosty snowflakes scattered about in this lovely spiral creation. Thank you for another superb DT (even though it's too small for my monitor. I couldn't pass it up ..lol). Excellent work!

Beautiful words...to be used as a poem maybe....but I just saw this creation of yours, it's very lovely. Looks like something lovingly carved out of wood. The texture feeling is awesome. Little snowflakes amidst burnished leaves, stars. What a most wondrous magical thing you've come up with. I will love this on my desktop. Wish I had a huge wall hanging of it. Thank you so much. I couldn't sleep, came here, and found this. It's a perfect picture to keep in my mind as I try to sleep again. Verena
"Well," said Pooh, "what I like best," and then he had to stop and think. Because although Eating Honey was a very good thing to do, there was a moment just before you began to eat it which was better than when you were, but he didn't know what it was called. ~A.A. Milne
