It appears to me that this is a sailboat and not a fishing boat. The one man seems to have met them at the beach and is preparing to tie the boat ashore. What role the two oxen have, I do not know. Maybe there is a farm nearby, off screen. Since most people keep their icons on the left, did you consider mirroring you picture so that the blank tile could be used to house icons? Overall, you have created an interesting picture with story, wonder, and great color.
