I like the individual elements of this frame. I enjoyed the way the bird contrasted against the knob and fencepost.

You've captured him nice and sharp with plenty of detail, the setting adds additional interest and the bg works well not providing any distractions. My only thought is that putting the bird and pole a bit closer to the right edge of the picture would lift the compositional impact quite a bit.
