Don't know if it really is a butterfly or a moth but he sure was busy with these prickly balls.

These are the same 'puffs' I found down by the lake. When at rest, a moth's wings stay open whereas a butterflies close up. There are other differences, but I'm not sure what they are. This one is a butterfly and he sure is a fat one! This is really a clear, crisp closeup.

Very good shot. Nice crisp and clear. I think that it's a moth too, but I can't be sure. But whatever it is it's a very good capture.
