oh wow oh wow oh wow...I could go on and on like that...lol...This is a splendid presentation, Frank...is that really a sunflower? I've never seen one closed up like that..the way you've tilted this only points up the dramatic way the petals are yearning toward the light and opening up at the very tips to expose their insides with all the deliciously delicate detail. This is such a clear image that I can see the "hairs"on the muted leaves, and the very fact of their mute color only brings out that yellow, as if it needed help...You know it's in my faves...excellent oh wow oh wow oh wow....................;)PJ (EDIT Anita and I posted at exactly the same time..well, no..she got here a millisecond before I did, so I didn't steal any ideas from her :)....lol....)

very nicely done. the yellow sunflower is quite nice all on it's own, but against the (?) monochrome background, even more so. very sharp!

I saw a peanut stand, heard a rubber band, I saw a needle that winked its eye. But I think I will have seen everything When I see an elephant fly. MY GALLERY

Hard to tell this is a sunflower at first. It is a great perspective! Wonderfully clear!
