Intriguing and most impressive. This is powerful and nicely done. I'm not sure yet whether I like it personally, but I do think it is good. I'm not sure, more specifically, whether I would want it as a desktop. I think I would find it a little rigid and distracting. Hard to tell, though. As an image, I really do think it is good - although 'like' doesn't seem quite the right word. I do want to keep staring at it, though - there's just so much going on in every layer here. I can see suggestions of so much...
