At the beginning of The Great Smoky Mountains National Park is a beautiful spot called Cades Cove. Scenery, wildlife, old houses, barns, Abram's Falls are a part of what you see on Cades Cove Loop. The loop runs 11 miles and at the center of the loop is hiking trails of which one leads to Abram's Falls. I've seen bears, deer, wild turkey, and many more critters and birds here. I'd love to live closer so I could photograph everything I could at all seasons.

I will forgive you on this one, Frank. Normally I would have beefed up the foreground, raised the horizon and cut way back on the sky. However, the sky adds plenty of drama to the shot; so I'll give you this one.
Excellent variety of colors in your image. The grasses are an interesting mix of beige and green making me wonder if there's not a potential drought in the area.
The distant blue in the mountain looks spectacular, and the sky, as mentioned earlier, is a site to behold.
