I have been self teaching myself the art of paint in manipulations. I have arrived at some techniques and procedures that mimics the look of oils and brushes. Wish I could just plain paint with brush and canvas...oh well. Maybe I could with the right teacher. Here is big sister Sunny standing still for a portrait. She's a sweet thing to be so patient.

Your paint manip was subtly applied, & works very well Frank. I'd prefer a slightly more colourful, & darker image but that's just my personal preference.

For me tired & overused, abused and misused eyes the colours would have to be five tones brighter/stronger to see :)
Me eyesight is getting worse = getting closer to Boris's or dog's vision:)
I love your painting technique - applied so gently - this is serious!
