Spotted this lot filled with pumpkins and thought they would be appropriate for this October month considering all the festivities that are about to happen. I saw a nice big one and framed around that monster pumpkin. I believe the proceeds from these pumpkins were going for charity because they were in a church yard. That gives me a warm feeling about it all. I remember the pumpkin pies my mother used to make at this time of year...yummy...ah good memories.

I would buy a few if the proceeds go to charity....especially if they go to feed hungry children. (The proceeds, not the pumpkins.) Excellent shot, Frank.

Nicely captured Frank - we have several churches around here that use pumpkin sales as fundraisers.

Big pumpkins, little pumpkins - pumpkins all over the place - seems like it must be time for Halloween. Good capture Frank. (It always amazes me how we waste these tasty treats when so many people are going hungry.)

No that is a wonderful way to raise money by the church for charity, I truly agree with you Frank, it's wonderful. Anyway, I will take the big one in the second row to the left. Marvelous posting for this time of season, my momma made Fabulous pumpkin pie from scratch, I can almost smell and taste them, yummy
