I was doing some favorite things in the making of this image. One thing I was eating at a favorite restaurant and second I was zooming up close to a favorite subject with my camera. Don't you want to reach out and pet him?

Looks like there have been other birds around judging from the spots of the railing Frank.
Now that is "Up Close and Personal," for sure.
