Today I followed along with one of my favorite subscriptions , Draw So Cute. This is Carl from the movie UP. I did it rather quickly but I hope you don't mind. I just love the sweet nature of this artist on Draw So Cute. She reminds me of my first-grade teacher. I just love it. You could consider this a SNATM submission.

Frank, I wished that my first-grade teacher had had balloons in his hands like Carl Fredricksen. Although it's a very long time ago, I can only remember his severity, 😁 !

He is in black and white, maybe a symbolism of "realism." While the hot air balloons are in color and they just may be symbols of fantasy. The Wizard of Oz used this form of symbolism in the movie. When Dorothy was in Oz, the film was in color representing a make believe world. When she was in Kansas, the film was in black and white representing the stark real world.
