Beautiful nature photo, the green colors and sky are very nice too, furthermore it is very lovely with the Canadian Geese or Canadian Goose and Duck, the clarity is very good.
It hasn't changed a bit.. I remember I used to sit near that lake and have lunch.. My mother used to work during the holidays in the old post office/butchers/store (which isn't there anymore) next to the church.. I used to go to Wallington Hall and play with the kids that lived there and in the summer dabble my feet in the water and catch little fish in a jar.. ahhh memories of good times..
Its a lovely capture, the sunshine on the grass and water and the lone duck.. very well done.. i've favd it.. Thanks for the walk down memory lane
You only get one sunrise and one sunset a day, and you only get so many days on the planet. A good photographer does the math and doesn't waste either. - Galen Rowell
Great composition. The reflections of the trees at the far side of the cove highlighted the Dipper duck. I was distressed to see the presence of the Asian Milfoil in the foreground as eventully it will choke out the lake.
